Alongside your care
Your doctor or midwife stays in charge
We are one more person on your side, and not a replacement for the people who deliver your care.
Tell your doctor or midwife that you are coming to see us. We will ask whom you see, and what they have told you to watch for.
What that means
We ask whom you see at the first visit
We write to them only with your permission
We send questions about your pregnancy or recovery back to them

In practice
How we work with your own provider
Before your first visit
Tell your doctor or midwife that you plan to come. If they have a concern, we want to hear it.
At your first visit
We ask whom you see, how your pregnancy or recovery is going and what you take. Bring a list of everything, medicines and supplements included.
With your permission
We can send a short note about what we did. Nothing leaves the clinic without your yes.
When we send you back
If you describe something that belongs to your doctor or midwife, we say so and ask you to call them that day.
Ready to book?
Tell us whom you see, and we will plan around it.
