Changing a visit

Please tell us a day ahead if you need to change a visit, so someone else can have the time. Babies change plans, and we understand. Call or text.

Clean needles and risks

We use sterile, single-use needles from sealed packs, and used needles go into a sharps container. Every treatment has risks. Yours are small, and your acupuncturist explains them before the first needle: soreness, light bruising, feeling light-headed and, rarely, bleeding or infection.

Herbs and supplements

We do not sell or recommend herbal formulas. Tell us about everything you take, and tell your doctor or midwife before you start anything new.

Access

Tell us what would make a visit easier: a chair, extra time, a quieter room, a stroller space or a partner who needs to stay. We will do what we can, and we will tell you what we can't.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Our privacy page says what this website collects.
